another low budget BOM what do you think?

So I have a 2002 cavalier, I am looking to go without a head unit, so I want the PC to be better than the head unit. Will I be satisfied with this? I am trying to keep the costs low but still be able to upgrade to better parts in the future. Will that 3D thingy be able to replace having a touchscreen? I will probably get a little keyboard thingy too. Here's what I came up with:

Mini 7" TFT Digital Colour LCD TV Monitor w/Remote Control for TV/DC/DV/DVD/VCR/VCD
    http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.22660
    $77 free shipping

    150Watt opus used on ebay
    $50 free shipping

    from newegg:
    Foxconn RS233 ITX-Barebone Intel 945GC Black & Silver Barebone - Retail
    $86.99
    PQI POWER Series 2GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Desktop Memory
    $35.99
    Seagate Momentus 500GB 5400 RPM 2.5" SATA 3.0Gb/s
    $84.99
    Shipping 5.99
    newegg total= $213

    3Dconnexion SpaceNavigator PE
    http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000LB41BM
    $54.88

add a cheap 4 channel amp to drive stock speakers

    then add later:

    hd radio
    gps
    backup cam
    real touchscreen
    bluetooth
    qwerty keypad
    snes gamepad
    soundcard
    better amp
    better speakers
    sub amp
    subs
    obd interface
    better pc

what do you guys think? I appreciate any advice or critiques this post generates.

You might have issues with the diaplay later- it does not have a VGA input, so text will be harder to read.

There are a couple of builds where people do not use a touch layer, but I have to say that it defitaly makes life easier to have one.

As some members like to say- why cheap out on the one piece that you are going to be constantly interacting with? I really think that the screen makes or breaks the rest of the install.

Otherwise, the rest of the setup looks good

try looking though the for-sale area here. You might come up with some good deals on some of the other things your looking for
