    Hello :

    I already have a Pioneer Avic-x1 navigation system.

    I am also gonna instal a via system, with 7" VGA touch.
    Because i already have a navigation system i want to use the GPS as a large speedometer.
    Any ideas about applications how can do that ?

    Most GPS navigation software will display your speed based on continuous GPS data.
    Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?

    You can also consider using OBD-II for this as well.
