What input are you looking for?
I'm totally new to the carpc scene. the whole concept of having a computer in your car sounds totally cool. I thought that since I'm totally new to this game that i'd try the infill g4. I'm not that technically knowlegable when it comes to electronics. The infill g4 seems to have basically everything that you would want in a car pc any input would be greatly appreciated![]()

any ideas or experience to guide me with the whole idea of having a carpc. the thought of having the ability to watch dvd's and having a gps in the car sounds cool. What I'm really asking is there any other cool idea's that the carpc can do other than watching dvd's and gps.
Here's a fine starting point: New to CarPCs? Don't know where to start?
I'll tell you right now... Expecting people to come along and say "you need this and that and the other thing" or give you step-by-step instructions ain't gonna happen.
I highly suggest utilizing these forums like a library. All the information you need to get a vehicle PC operational exists on these forums. It's sometimes painstaking to locate, as there is quite a bit of bull**** to wade through, but I assure you the answers are here.
You can't plan your project too much, relaly. Put careful thought into every purchase. Many people don't think things through and end up having problems at some point. You can learn from the issues of others.
Good luck and welcome to our nmadness!
this forum is not full of spoon feeders. There are over a million posts on here for a good reason. Most of the questions you have have already been asked and answerd. Spend some time reading and researching to get ideas about what's possible and how to do things.
