    Help getting started

    I want to install a laptop in my car. I still want a screen and a type of mouse, maybe a remote control mouse. Touch screens are pricey but im concerding. Laptops are abundant at my house and they don't draw that much power. How should i run power to my laptop and my screen. And let the entire setup run through my speakers.
