    What do I do????

I have just bought a carputer from America, and I want to run a Sat Nav system on my carputer, I have a mini surf USB GPS receiver but I would like some advice as to software, I have used TomTom in the past on my IPAQ, and would like to have a similar system with postcode search and speed camera finder - any suggestions?

There is no cure for stupidity, but there is a cure for ignorance.

You can run TomTom on a PC using a PPC emulator, however, if you're as stupid as you say you are, you're probably not going to be able to pull it off, as it's probably over your head technically.

I'd suggest going to BestBuy or a similar sotre and picking up a copy of MS Streets & Trips. IT's probalbly the cheapest product out there, barring hacked-up versions of Google Earth and whatnot. It is definitely the best balance of cost and ease-of-installation and use.

There are far better options than Streets&Trips, but if you're that stupid (and you said you are!), they would likely be too difficult or too expensive.

    Welcome to the madness!

Now, if you want some help overcoming ignorance, I'll be glad to help.
