I'm going to be getting my dad's ES300, and while the 6 cd changer is nice, I primarily listen to msic with my mp3 player. Thus far, I have not been able to find any simple solution for a new head unit (due to the Lexus' cabin setup), and I've decided that I'm content adding a simple line-in directly to the amp. I don't want an FM transmitter or tape adapter, I want good audio quality. Has anyone done this on this year/model car by any chance? At this point, it seems like I'll be taking this in for a custom job...I'm just really hoping it doesn't cost too much to simply add an input.
