How do I get XM/Sirius Sat Radio?

I've been searching through tons of old posts but im still very confused as to what will be the best way to integrate Sat Radio into my Car PC. Basically im concerned about size of the unit and easy of integration. Is my best bet ordering an XMPCR off ebay? Are there other solutions im not aware of?

I thought this was going to be as simple as a GPS receiver, was I ever wrong ;(

Any specific reason why Sirius over XM?

Ok for some reason I missed the XM stuff in the mp3car store and I also see Mitch's adapter would work also.

My next question is how are people getting the 12V power to these units?
