Question on Setup

Ok I'm a newb so bare with me. I have about zero experience with computers. I did however take a computer class in college but I'm not that great.

I have a 2001 GMC Sonoma that I want to put a computer in but I need help to see if this system will do what I want and if it's compatible with everything I have chosen.

Basically I want to use the computer for MP3, DVDs, GPS, cell phone, backup camera.

Right now I'm mainly just trying to get a system up and working and then add onto it later.

I'm looking at getting the following:
VIA M10000 Motherboard
M1-ATX Powersupply
AMPIE case
SATA 80GB 2.5'' Hard Drive
512MB DDR PC3000 DIMM RAM
Panasonic Slot Load CD/DVD Drive
Lilliput 7'' Touchscreen
Some sort of an external drive
All the necessary cables
Then what ever other attatchments I need for WIFI, USB connections, GPS, etc.

I was also looking at getting a mount for the screen from humount.com. I sent the guy an email but no response. I just want to know if the lilliput screen will fit and bolt up to everything.

Yes that setup will do what you want, check my ad in the classified section for a all you need to accomplish what you want.

Nice setup. If you compared your system to the one I posted which one is better as far as speed and performance.

And I would PM you but you have no contact info to ask you how much you are wanting to get for it.
