    Yes you can.

Also my other concern is how can i get a good quality of sound with it?
    Yes you can.

I would be hoping to build a boot install and run a few amps for mid and hi along with an amp to run 2 Subs! I have searched and seaerched for information on this but havent had any luck! Any help or advice would be really highly appreciated.
    Here's a good starting point: http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/advfaq.php

I must add that i have heard of the Ibus aswell, but again am not sure what this can be used to do except monitor and control displays and lights.
    Thanks in advance!
Lots of information about IBUS on these forums. I suggest searching for IBUS and seeing what you can dig up.

    Welcome to the madness!

It's called OBD-II support. I'd head over to the OBD-II forum here on mp3car.com and see what all there is out there.

Also my other concern is how can i get a good quality of sound with it?
If you can't then you're not qualified to be installing... It's not hard to do and if you want to go nuts with sound quality, there's a few of us here that can help on that too.

    Searched for what exactly?

what's the problem with running all of your components as well as your subs? I don't see anything abnormal about that?

Control what from the screen? Are you wanting to do all audio tuning via the screen? if so, there's a LOT of discussion about this very topic in the car audio forum here.

If you don't know much about computer components I suggest you start reading and researching. There's a ton of information to be had on these forums to help newbies like yourself.
