    quick question

    I have a hp mini pc thats wired into my carnetix psu, but I have a laptop with a busted screen that I may use instead of that pc... my question is, do I need to switch out the hp power plug that I wired in? both outputs are 19v...I have the ac adapter for both, but was wondering if i should be fine using the original hp one...computers usually say to use the brand specific adapter, so, just wondering if id be ok swapping..

    If they connectors are the same and teh output voltage is the same, I think it would be a simple enough swap.
    Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
