    hi. is this case ok?

i'm building myself a car pc and have designed this case

made from wood then carpeted to match my boot install. the fans are uv reactive with led to make it look visually better

i will be using it for gps, music, bluetooth, wifi for transfering and the odd video now and then

i have seen this in the store:
    http://store.mp3car.com/ProductDetai...Show=TechSpecs

does this antenna have 3 wires coming from it? or do you have to hot swap beteween the wifi/gps. i'm assuming it does have 3 wires but can anyone confirm.

the power supply is an inverter (have one laying around) until i get around to ordering the dc-dc power supply which will most probably be before i fit the system in december.

i have my eye on a lilliput 619GL-70NP which i plan to be removable. i'm assuming that the usb/power/vga do unplug form the main unit and are not hardwired into the unit, it would be great if someone could confirm this.

any tips on this install or anything i have overlooked

    cheers

First of all, understand that this is not a GPS receiver. It is merely an antenna. To use that antenna for GPS, you would need a receiver, as well.

And yes, it has three cables coming out of the unit to connect to cellphone, wifi and GPS receiver.

It looks like it will work.
You probably don't need that many fans, but it should work.

It's not horribly different than mine.

use two fans for exaust and one for intake to keep a negative preasure rather then positve

Dont use 80mm fans. Use 1x 120 for in and 1 for out. The bigger the fan the quieter it is and the more air can flow. Also it would seem one 120mm would draw less power than 2 80's
