1st wiring diagram take a look

Alright after much lurking and reading , I think I've come up with the setup I want. I'm not exactly sure on the gauge of the power supply wire. Also by my calculations it looks as though I'm going to need a HO alternator. The largest I can find is 300amps. That looks as though it should work without leaving me stranded. Let me know what you think.

So here is what I've calculated for power requirements:

    M2-ATX Power Supply 160w 12v = 13.33amps
    Lilliput 7" EBY701 9w 12v = 0.75amps
    Performance Tek. ICBM-5.1 2000w @ 75% 2666.67w 12v = 222.22amps
Total System Amp Draw = 236.31
Amperage Left For Vehicle Operation = 63.69

The only thing I'm not sure of is the efficiency of the amp. 75% might be high, but I'm assuming since I can't find any specs. I'm also guessing that the remaining 64 amps will be sufficient for the rest of the vehicles electrical requirements. Any comments or suggestions will be appreciated.

I'd go larger than 16awg for power to the screen and PC.
While 16awg may be sufficient, a larger wire will be safer, IMHO.

Also, 12awg is a bit of a motherfluffer to get into the Streetwires CBR distro block. I can't imagine what a pain 16awg would be. The outputs are designed for 10awg to 4awg....
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?

Under normal circumstances, a signature would go here.

Most of the time was put into figuring it out. It only took about an hour to draw. I drew it up in AutoCAD, and the car is a block. PM me with your email and I'll send the car image to you.

There is a company out there that sells disks with 2d outlines of just about every model of car/truck/suv available, from front/back/driver/passenger/top sides. I think the company is called ProVehicle and the disk is like, 'pro.vehicle.outlines'. I built the model I'm using to build my modernity skin for fusion brain with something similar. *.ai files.

Thanks Perv for the info. The power for the screen won't be attached to the distro block. I'm using a 3rd gen MCS case. It has a 12V regulated power connector built into the case. In looking at it again, it comes with an 13' 18 awg power connector. I don't think increasing the wire gauge would be a bad idea though. I'll have to make sure it works with the 2.5mm barrel connector first.
