05 scion tc w/ pics advice needed

Soo Im a newb when it comes to powering up my carpc. As of right now i have an Intel little valley MB, 250 gig harddrive, 1 gig of ram, m2atx, a lilliput 7inch i recently mounted, and everything is in a metal case that came out of the stock radio. I want to power the moniter and computer using the m2atx and through the usb ports i will be hooking up a dvd drive, gps, touchscreen, wireless keyboard and maybe internet.

I have an 8 gauge wire running to my trunk connecting to a capacitor thats connected to a 250 watt amp, i believe, and thats connected to two 10's. Im having trouble powering up the computer through the car battery. Im completely CLUELESS. Ive included some pictures.

I know this might seem extremely easy, but have you at least read the manual for the M2-ATX? It's pretty easy to follow and it details everything for you.

Thanks for the input, it really does explain a lot. Building car pc's are a pain in the rear. At first I wanted a stock looking in dash carpc meanwhile my tc cover would fold over it blocking the view from anyone with sticky fingers but the hassle was just outrageous. The pc needed more for the cover to fold down and then i had to fabricate a mount for the lcd which looked way easier than it seemed. Anyways i just took the halfass root and mounted the screen as is. I ripped my radio out 3 months ago to give me motivation to get started but procrastination was too friendly to me. This is an ongoing project for over a year now and if i had the choice to go back I WOULD. Probably just buy a double din screen capable of GPS, playing dvd's, and playing videos out of ipods.

You don't need the other three connectors. Its just to power extra stuff (hard drives, fans etc..). Im new to building car computer but I have built a few computer and know just about everything there is to know about that.

from here it looks like two of them are 5 volt connectors and one is a 3.5 volt. But like I said you don't need them. Have you built a computer before?

are u using a dc powersupply or an inverter?
