I was wondering if anyone has tried these LCD Advertisement Screens? I've been interested in how taxi cabs are setting up those systems lately. I figured these looked cheap so I might as well buy one for my car to show some videos or whatever.

Also, if you guys have any recommendations for alternatives e.g. Internet Tablets, Media Players, etc. that would be especially helpful. I'm looking for something similar to these to display pictures and such and maybe have internet connectivity. Nothing too complex.
I'm going to be building a CarPC when I have some time over the summer, but to hold me over I wanted a cheap alternative.
