Either you successfully reset you BIOS, or something was corrupted in it. Hard to tell exactly what since the screen is cutting of the message.

Attach your hard drive to Primary master (and make sure the hard drive is set to be master). Then boot up again and go into the Bios.

Go through every page of settings, make sure they are correct. Especially the CPU multiplier and associated settings. Make sure the bus speed is correct as well.

Also check your boot order. Should be set to cdrom, then hard drive.

Save the changes to the BIOS, and let it go through booting again normally. Should be set after that point.

As an aside, you may also want to move you cdrom to Secondary Master. It's not a requirement, but it's the recommended spot for it in a single hard drive / single cdrom drive type of setup.
