Was just after a general idea on Xeanarc support, posted a question to their support re the new 1020tsv and its constant buzzing 2 weeks ago and no replies, is this their normal service??? Via other sources I am now lead to believe that they are aware of the problem and that is due to a replaced part which allows for a bigger variation in input power voltage, (sorry for the description but I am not technical) and their standard comment is that not many people have complained.
Would have liked that info before spending my money on a lemon.
