    Got my carpc today

    Few questions though.

Is there such thing as an extended IDE cable so I can put my internal sound card outside of the case? I got a MOCOSO case and I doubt that Ill have the room inside the enclosure for the sound card so I was thinking of making something custom..

If there is such a thing could you point me in that direction?

Also is it safe to run:

    8.4" touchscreen
    slim dvd
    delta 1010LT internal sound card
    usb wireless keyboard

all off of the m2atx power supply.. I dont see why this would be a problem, but the only one I was really concerned about was the sound card..

Sound cards don't connect to IDE...
I think you mean a PCI extension. There are devices to allow a PCI card to be mounted at a right angle, but they don't extend much...

Should have thought about the power requirements before you bought the PSU.
To make an educated guess, it might help to know what motherboard and/or CPU you're using.
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?

Under normal circumstances, a signature would go here.

External sound card that can be located remotely to PC via USB cable:

As for the power supply, maybe. You need to check the power calculators to see. We can't help even if we wanted because you didn't say what your pc specs are. Click on the FAQ tab at the top of the screen to find the power calcs.

PCI can't be extended that far. That is why I pointed you to an external card solution.

"PCI cables" don't exist. IIRC the PCI standard relies on a direct connection to prevent loss of signals.
