Thread: Visteon HD Zoom troubles with port??

I can get it working on my laptop but my Dell desktop with a serial port does not seem to find it. (Port Error) I tried then using a USB to serial connector and it does the same thing. Is there somewhere in the registry to setup first? Like I said I can get it to work on my laptop with the USB to serial dongle but still can't get it recognized on the desktop. This is the last thing to get working before I put the computer in the car. Please help.
