Delay before Lilliput kicks in?!

Hey guys. When I start my Acer laptop up connected to my 7" Lilliput 629 it doesnt start displaying anything until the desktop comes up. I wanted to make a custom boot screen, but there's no point unless I work this out. Any suggestions?

BTW, in my bios setup, I have it set to automatically display to my VGA setup.

If I had to guess, I'd say you lilli isn't displaying 640x480.

Seems far out there......

Or you haven't disabled gui boot have you? Some people turn this off in pursuit of a faster boot up...........

I had an Acer laptop before, and unless things have changed, they dont output video to the secondary video until after the desktop shows because it launches that Acer program that controls what video goes where and doesnt let XP do its thing natively.

So it is a limitation with your laptop not your lilliput.
