"Newbie" doesn't begin to cover it...

I recently purchased my first vehicle ever. Yes, I know- astonishing. 25 and never owned a car. My brother was kind enough to rub the grit into the wound.

In passing, he mentioned that I should check out this site and get some ideas from ya'll as to what I should start out with in my little (2001 Turbo Wolfsburg Edition) Jetta over here. Yay.

    Feel the enthusiasm?

I *am* psyched up about learning how something new works. I am beyond in need of my tunes, so I'm interested in working a good stereo setup into the equation as well since I can't drive without music and I need to literally feel it in order to drive with it.

When it comes right down to it, I'm just here to gather info and kind of "get my feet wet" (I hate cliches... yet I continue to endorse them, ugh.) and learn something new.

So here's my chance, and yours. Psyche me up over this new found (for me anyhow) world of car pc's... I need a new toy to tinker with.

I'll be browsing the forums and trying to come up with some ideas of my own, but I'd appreciate direct suggestions from more knowledgeable parties than myself as well.

    Charleigh, out.
