Better sound system in Seat Ibiza 19tdi 2000. need suggestions...

Hi guys,
I must say that I am a great fan of this forum because of all this nice things I can see here, and all the smart people that are here too...

So, I have decided to ask something, I own a Seat Ibiza 1.9TDI 2000.y,
I have the base seat car system in it, and now I need suggestions how to improve it because it doesn't look nice and I want something nice and up to date (see pic below)
