I presume your car already has an AM/FM antenna. If you have a Jetta, I've seen a mod where someone put a Bu353 under a plastic fascia panel that butts against the window. Totally out of sight.

Actually, I have an old Karmann Ghia. Yes I already have an antenna, but I was hoping to avoid having more than one since they all look icky with the lines of my car.

You can probably bury it under the dash. Try before you do, though. My touchscreen interferes with the GPS if it is too close to the monitor.

    Wink How about this antenna?

This antenna covers all AM/FM GPS, GSM and even WIFI. I would recommend this antenna for you

Has anyone used this antenna? This would solve some problems for me too but only if it's any good.

I've been trying to get a hold of them to see if they'll sell me one but they're ignoring my e-mails.

looks like you get to be the 'pig. the data sheet shows they did some actual benchmarking on it, but overall it seems like a fairly basic datasheet that could have been more conclusive.

i cant imagine any all-in-one antenna working as well as dedicated ones, but at least this is long and appears to have multiple antennas stacked ontop of eachother (good thing!)
