Well. i decided i'm gonna join the ranks and install a car PC
I would like to know which Double Din screens your guys are using.
This is going into a bmw 330ci.
Which VGA screen should i get??
I'm going to use this computer for
Music
GPS
Movies
OBC
Wifi
The screen also has to be a touch screen which is able to work Windows.
i am not looking to spend a lot of money on the screen.

So i've been looking for a screen and came across this screen for $165.

I'm pretty sure thats the screen i'm gonna get unless someone knows of a cheaper screen with the same options.
I will then get the bezel below for $115 and custom fit the screen to this so it looks and and clean

is there anything i can do to make sure its real??
Unfortunately on ebay, there are few ways to make sure it's real short of asking the seller to take it apart and send you pictures of the gutted system.

I suggest pricewatch.com for a legit source of lower-cost parts.
o.k so i picked up a a shuttle computer... What is the best way to power it..
Should i use a power inverter, or get a specific power supply?
