Hi,

I am trying to research what I need to put together a carputer that plays mp3/flac music, has GPS and also can play DVD's. I have read a few posts on a few forums and have decided it is time to start getting serious about the project. I have decided that I would like to look at putting in an Asus eee B202 as the computer here is the link to the product

So the questions I have are if I went for this what would be the recommended PSU and does anyone know how to wire it?
Can it be wired so that it can be removed from the car to use as a regular PC should the need arise (it uses a power brick to power normally)?
Also if I added a USB GPS and a USB powered DVD slot drive (uses 2 USB ports) and maybe a USB hub would this change the needed PSU?
I am also looking at options for an LCD screen, I have a double din gap in the dash where I will be removing the factory unit from I will be looking for a touch screen to add here to control the carputer. I am looking for a screen that can be either powered from the same PSU as the carputer or can be wired to the cars power somehow or can run from the cigarette lighter. Does anyone have any recommendations?
Sorry if I am asking lots of questions but I have read alot I am pretty good with computers but not so good with electronics so I need to make sure I get the righ products.
