Small Screens?

I have been googleing for a long time now and still have not found what i am looking for. If anyone can help, is there a screen smaller than 7" that windows will still support?

At one time I thought of using the touchscreen version of the screen that is for the Sony PSP, but it is limited to 480x272 and windows doesnt like that resolution as a primary screen. Not to mention that the touch screen model has a white background if there is no input as opposed to black for the non-touchscreen. Of course getting it to interface with a pc is a whole nother set of issues.

The reason i am asking is because i am wanting a face that has real buttons as well as the touch screen.
