Connecting a M3-ATX power supply to saturn ion 03

Hello, I am good with electronics, but know nothing about cars. Where would I connect up the power and ignition wires from a M3-ATX power supply to a Saturn ion 03? I know there is a fuse panel just below the radio, would I somehow connect the power to a spare fuse?
    thanks

no. power should be connected directly to the battery.
Run a big enough wire for your setup directly from the m3-atx to the battery.
For ign, you can use any available.

The battery is in the trunk though, it would be much easier if there was some other wires I could run it off of

So do you want it done easily, or do you want it done properly?

You're "good with electronics". You should know the correct answer...
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?
