A way to acheive USB 2.0 with no PCI?

I got a deal on this board; http://www.tri-m.com/products/aaeon/...e6310_spec.pdf so I got it, not thinking because of the deal I got on it I later found out that it only supports USB 1.1.

I am wondering if there is a way to achieve USB 2.0? I think the only way is via a PCI card, but I do not have a PCI card slot. So I am wondering if there is another way to get USB 2.0 or if I can get an adapter for a PCI slot in which I can buy a USB 2.0 PCI Card.

    Thanks.

EDIT: Also would it be beneficial to get a 5 PIN header- Firewire cable and then convert the firewire to usb. Yea it will be a little complicated/messy, but at least I would be running at at least USB 2.0 speeds. Would this make sense/be worth it? (I am looking to control a hard drive, dvd drive, fm radio, touch screen, and any other peripherals. )

I knew about that, but couldn't find anything cheap enough for sale. I am not spending $250+ on PC104-USB adapter it wont be worth it. I was thinking of spending a max of like 50$...Anyone know where to get one for that cheap or any other options.

Also wondering how many people are running USB 1.1 if I can't find a way to get USB 2.0 for 50 or under?

I am looking to run gps, xm, fm radio, tethered cell phone, hard drive, cd player/dvd player, touchscreen, + other stuff I want to add in the future..?

I failed in my search as well.

I figure for 50 bucks I could spend a little bit more and buy a new mobo that is probably better anyways.
