Thread: Car PC in a 2001 S500

Ok...I've been wanting to do one of these for years...and now I have the chance. I'm trying to install a Car PC into the s500(duh topic lol). I have an Alpine PDX5 for sound. What type of computer do I need? I would like to buy it assembled, I can install windows myself. Um, any information on how to not let computer cut off and on every time I crank car & cut the car off etc....links to items would help greatly...I have $1500 budget. Also, would like GPS software and any other great software recommended. I want it flushed completely...Thanks for looking.
