    Very long time lurker

I did a search but did not find what I was looking for. I am looking at putting a puter in my Jeep Wrangler, but was trying to decide between a Toughbook or a whole unit. But my concerns are on the whole pc setup is is dust and heat which is quite hot out in nevada has anyone done or know of anyone that has put a pc in there jeep, which will be use extensively offroad. Any help you guys can give would be appreciated.

as long as everything is bolted down securly, it should be ok-- i would recommend a ssd hard drive to deal with the vibration, and a fanless motherboard to deal with the dust.

if you are submerging it in mud, then, that might take a different approach...
