New to carpc, looking for help

Hello everyone. Alright these are my specs
Mac Mini (flexible with running OS X and Windows) - Probably going to run windows with centrafuse
    Carnetix P1900
Lilliput bybyte enclosure + LCD combo

So I was having problems in OS X with the computer being interrupted by the touchscreen when trying to sleep/hibernate. Then I tried Windows and I had the same problem, but I disabled the option of letting the touchscreen device wake the computer up. I'm sure OS X has this option somewhere but I've grown onto Centrafuse.

    Now my issues:
I cannot get the computer to hibernate when I turn off my car and wake up from hibernation when I turn on the car. It simply just reboots each time.

Is there any way to keep my left and right channels separate? Since I was planning on using a Mac I bought the FireWave but it's not Windows compatible so I'll need a new sound card, just wondering if there are any that provide separate left and rights.

You need to set your computer's "power switch action" to hibernate. In Windows, go to the Control Panel and in the Power Options section, there'll be something about what you want the power button to do. Select Hibernate.

Regarding the separation of channels, what do you mean? Do you want to have a control knob to adjust the balance between left and right, or what? Please explain
