i have a gps with a smashed lcd, i can get a replacement but was wondering if its possible to hook up a bigger screen? it is touch so i'd have to get the digitizer, but 7" or 9" is much bigger, i'd be mounting the screen in dash, and then leaving the unit wired in behind the dash. it connects with the ribbon but i dont know if all the ribbons are the same? looks like filiment, digitzer and screen are all through the one ribbon. i have no idea where i could ask this question, except here.
