    Lilliput 869GL-80NP

    Hello guys,

    Iam looking to install Lilliput 869GL-80NP in my center console. At the moment i want to connect it to my dvd source and play movies just like my headrest. But also want this monitor for in the future i connect my labtop or intall a pc in the car. I just want to make sure the monitor is what i need for the moment. Sorry I just dont have knowledge on this kind of stuff.

    I guess it depends on your DVD player, can it output to any of the type of connectors on the 869GL-80NP?

    •HDMI, DVI, VGA, and RCA Video inputs

    jpinkerton,

    Yes it has RCA Outputs. Another question does it powers of a 12 volt source?

    yes, it can be powered from a cars electrical system.

    It should be good for viewing DVD and PC inputs; however it doesn't have Touch Screen capability so that may or may not meet with your future goals.

    You sure? The description says "touchscreen" and the name says "touchscreen" and one of the features:
    4 wire restive touch screen with anti glare coating

    You sure you're not thinking of a different one?

    Oops. Looks like the model offerings are different. 869GL-80NP-C-T has a 4 wire touch screen. While 869GL-80NP/C does not my bad.
