Ah thank you. I suppose that fixes my problem of getting the touch screen overlay to work with android, Ill use a cut down version of Windows 7 instead.

Don't you love it when someone solves your problems in one sentance? It comes with a feeling of awe followed by anger at those many lost and worthless hours. +REP

    LinuxICE

So is LenixICE an OS or is it just a GUI? Also, if running and amp, what do you do for a remote wire?

LinuxICE is a Linux based OS. It is derived from Ubuntu. It is meant to be a pre-configured, easy to use OS that shows off the technologies developed by the OpenICE team.
Hope that helps, from tripzero's "LinuxICE" link in his sig.

Sorry for the bump / topic change here however since I would like my carpc to also be removable occasionally. How would I go about installing a lithium battery similar to laptop batteries? I always thought that you needed certain rails such as 12V, 3.3V etc but the majority of laptop batteries seem to be 11.1V. I suppose if it was possible then connecting a laptop battery would be easiest (apart from the danger of different voltages?).

    Thanks in advance.
