Yes, you could certainly do that. In fact, using a regulated 12V line is better than unregulated. However, you need to look at the total power consumption. I've put a 5A fuse on the amp line, and it hasn't blown, so it's safe to assume the amp will use less than 60W (12V * 5A). M2 can give up to 140W, so that leaves you with 80W. If the rest of your system can be safely powered by that, I'm sure you'll be ok. I wouldn't push the power supply to its limit though.

You might or might not need to use a relay - it really depends on your hardware. I used a relay because when the AMP was powering up, it would make a loud static hiss noise that would go away in a second. Because of that, I made sure to start it muted, and then unmute it by using a USB-controlled relay. You can find that relay on ebay - just type in "usb relay".
Sorry about that Nivanov, meant no disrespect.

Imall done up to last part of this computer project. Anyone with a concept on how to wire the components together would be great. I help post pictures and videos from my proiject if any one can figure out 2 things for me (since I really not great with the conecpts of electrical wiring)

    1. How to divide the power line from the vehicle harness? Are people using distribution boxes (I bought these, but these boxes are gigantic, and said to be made for 8 AWG wire), while the wire im dealing with from the harness and the M2ATX and relays all use like 16 or smaller AWG gauge wire, is there a smaller or easier way to divide the power wire?

    2. Ok, I have 3 devices, with wires coming out of it, if anyone can help me tell me where goes where, because Ive looked all over the internet, and havent been able to decern anything that doesnt look like a diagram that requires an electrical engineering degree

Wire harness from Car - 5 Cables (Power, Ground, Ignition, Illumination, Power Attenna)

    a. TDA7850 - (+ , -) cable
    b. M2-ATX - (Power, Ignition, Ground) Cable
    c. SPDT Relay - (30, 85, 86, 87, 87A)5 Cables [Dont even really know what these numbers correlate to]

If any one can offer any advise Id be eternally grateful

Why are you using an SPDT relay? If you bought it because you wanted a similar setup to mine, then you bought the wrong thing, sorry. You need a USB-controlled relay. It plugs into the usb port and can be controlled from windows. It's basically a flip switch, only instead of manually flipping it, you press a button (or just perform a command) on your computer screen.

Everything else looks OK. I'll help you with wiring once you figure out the relay stuff.

EDIT: the relay looks something like this:
