What is this cable called?

What is this cable called and where can I get a longer one (Need 60" long.)
have 48" now.

That looks like a specialized monitor cable. Your best bet may be to purchase both usb and vga extension cables.

Doubt that will help him. The cable in the pic shows a USB and VGA connector on the PC side, and an HDMI on the monitor side.

My bet is that it is a Lilliput or similar cable.

Example: the Lilliput 669 runs the USB through the HDMI connector on the monitor side (pass through) and HDMI + USB on the PC side.

That is the same cable i recieved with my 10.1 multitouch lilliput, VGA to HDMI, the USB is for touchscreen, your best bet is to get a HDMI extension cable like this one:
