Finally bought the car I wanted ever since they came out a 2005 HSV GTO, I dont mind the factory looking setup with audio but I would like navigation iPod OBDII etc.
Ive decided to go car pc over tablet at the moment due to more options being avaliable, I know I want to run centrafuse front end with a double din Mini-ITX from bybyte but mp3 car make a facia thats fits standard gto surround can I use both the bybyte double din and the mp3 surround or is it a case of one or the other.
What happened to infill g4 and stand alone double din pc ? are there any good ones on the market at the moment
Having all the computer mounted in the dash while having a factory looking surround is ultimate.
Has anyone used the bybyte double din is room going to a issue as I want a contained system but would like to add things in the future, I want GPS sat nav iPod and even the abilty to tune my car via OBDII and tuning software running on the computer behind the centrafuse.

What is the best screen to get that also has the green wire for reverse camera

the mp3car version includes the screen, a double din screen bezel as well as your cars double din mounting kit. they show it fully assembled, these are the parts that make up that item(they would ship it to you assembled):

the bybyte link is for a full case. the most recent person i saw interested in that was unable to use it due to it's extreme depth-- so i highly recommend that you find out how deep your dash is before ordering that. also, don't forget that you will also need another 2-3" past the back of the case for wires and motherboard connections.
