hey guys i have been on mp3car.com for sometime and loveing it..i'm looking to buliding a all-in-one carputer i been looking around and not many people do it and it looks to be an esay way than putting it the jurk?? but anyhow this is the hardware im looking at

Cramming a miniITX motherboard in a space to fit in your dash isn't as easy as it sounds.
It will require a lot of fabrication, and even then may not do what you want. That fabrication of brackets and mounts is what leads people to locate the PC somewhere else (trunk, under seat, center console, etc.).
The biggest problem in most vehicles is depth. Remember that the motherboard needs another couple inches off the back end to allow for cables plugged into it.

Even if you get it all fabed up and crammed in there, I myself would be worried about airflow and over heating during the summer months.

^ there are ways around the airflow issue.. some 120mm fans mounted to push air into the cavity, and exhaust it out would work nicely and still be pretty quiet..
as for the space, i highly recommend that you measure your cars dash before purchasing anything. my eclipse has a larger then average cavity-- with about a 13" depth. from what i could tell, everything would have just fit, though once i stuck the board in there,it got full really fast(there also weren't dd case options that that time). also keep in mind that most connectors off the pc need space to flex over without getting stressed-- about another 3" or so, plus the space the screen takes up in front of the motherboard-- about 1"..

if i used the "9 Pin Mini Din To VGA Header Adapter" for the monitor, it would leave only the USBs connector for the back which i could used a 90 degree USB connectors

nivanov has the most experience with that amp-- it doesn't sound too bad to me-- i would say it should be at good, or maybe a little better then factory audio.
on second thought-- check nivanov's work log-- he has a ton of info on what he went through to go the all-on-one route and keep everything nice and clean. i know he is happy with the outcome, but it took a while to get there..
i know what case it is, and by no means am i against the case it's self. it's just the fact that there is no standard to how deep a cars dash board is, so while mine was nearly 13", yours could be only 5"... without physically taking out your current radio and measuring before ordering, i would say that there is a good chance that your dash is too small to allow for it, but it is something that absolutely needs confirmation, otherwise, all this planning is useless.
that vga adapter will only work if the motherboard your looking at has that specific output. i don't believe either of those asus boards have it.

one more QUS. do u need the 12v from the battery or u can used the one from the old head unit??
n can u also used that ground too???
