What does everyone think about using this for a car PC? The only thing that kinda worries me is how to get power to it I don't want a ugly power block. I want it hard wired into the car.

If size is any consideration for you, I'd go with one of the Zotac ZBOX Nano's - they have a VIA-based one and an AMD-based one. From my experience with VIA, go with AMD :). Barebones AMD version can be had online for about $220 last time I checked.
As far as the power block, instead of going Interter->Power Block->Unit, get a DC-DC car regulator, like Opus, Carnetix or DCDC-USB and use that to power it directly. You would need to get a barrel plug that fits into the DC jack of the computer - RadioShack sells those for a couple of bucks.
I was going to go that route and decided not to. The ones radioshack sells are a higher guage than the current plug and didnt really trust it to handle the power. What I opted to do was buy two connectors and splice the power cable. That way I could always detatch it and plug it up in the house with no problems, then right back to the car.
