Head unit to LCD

I have a JVC AVX740 and a 9" LCD monitor. The JVC has a video output but I was wondering if I can hook it up to the LCD monitor that way I can view everything on both screens? is this possible or is the video output used for different purposes? Thanks:confused:

Does the 9" LCD monitor have a composite video input? If it does, you can connect the monitor.

I was wondering the same thing and mine does composite video input so I guess it will work.
