2010 Honda Civic Headunit Questions

Hey, Im new here and I am looking at buying this (link) has anyone seen or dealt with this before? I need some direction from people who know about these.

Im sure installing will be quick and easy but I mainly want to have a few questions answered:

1. Will this mess up anything stock? (Other than replacing my stock unit)
2. Will the audio on this unit sound ****ty compared to my stock unit?
3. This runs windows ce, would I be able to modify it since its windows?
