Thread: Hooking into the line in of a DVD player

Would it work to get this:

If I got the bundle it as a bundle with the screen would I then be able to hook my computer up through the line in of the player and be able to send movies (avi, divx, etc) to the screen? Also with mp3s, would it sound good going through the line-in? Would it still have stero sound? Last question.. I read someone got a one line display off of a vending machine and used that to display artist/track, does anyone know how to do that?
