Need help Installing a 15in Flat panel monitor

I have 15in. Flat panel LCD computer monitor that I used for my home desktop, I wanted to know if anyone had any idea on how I can mount it in my truck. I wanted to have it hanging down, like those overhead LCD screens. I already did alot of reading and searching but nothing has come close to what Im looking for. Its a huge monitor and thats why I like, I already took it apart, has no skin, Where can I get brackets or mounts to hang it like I want it? I live near a home depot and I have about $70 to waste. Any ideas. Also where could I purchase a long VGA cord? Like a 25ft. one? I really aprecaite all the info I got so far from all the wonderfull pro's in here that why I dont need any help on anything else just the LCD screen install. My truck is 93' Grand Jeep Cherokee...

make a fold-down version like you see for sale on www.digitalww.com www.cartft.com and others. I'd probably use a pair of hinges and a small magnet, along with a custom fibreglass part that stays on the roof. Post a pic of the lcd

I don't think it's a good idea to use magnet because it may damage the LCD. Instead of magnet, the old fashion velco tape will work fine.

    hey, check this out:
    http://www.sweetronicsstore.com/omnimount-fd.html
    or this:
    http://www.etronics.com/product.asp?stk_code=omnfd
    (says it supports 10-15" sizes)

or also you can find a flip-down lcd mounting (let's from a broken lcd) and then mount you lcd panel into it with some cosmetic work
