10 inch LCD monitor
There are a few of these on ebay.com.au, could they be adapted to work in a car?

They say it comes with an ISA card to control it, and I suppose you will need that. So, if you've got an ISA slot in your motherboard, then sure, it should work.
But at only 256 colours, and probably a damn slow refresh rate (i know, lcd doesn't have refresh rate, you know what i mean) it won't be useful for too much more than basic text, no movement, plus you'll have to make sure the software you're using is written to only use 256 colours, otherwise it will look terrible
