What I did was I just saved a few bucks by buying an MSI 651M-L MicroATX mobo ($59 pricewatch.com) that has VGA on the board and bought a Lilliput VGA/Touch monitor for another 270 on ebay. I'm using a 1.7 GHz P4 on it. I just did it by allocating funds differently rather than blowing more for a mobo that has RCA/SVideo out. And thus benefiting from a crystal sharp monitor with touch. I've only spent about $400 tops. on my whole system.

Hey where in Canada sells that for this price?

These would be perfect as they are din sized (a little deep, mind you, but might work right in the dash)...but a little expensive too. Pricing here in Canada is $450ish + tax + laptop harddrive + low profile memory + laptop DVD player. Gets to be more expensive than I feel like spending. Anyway, thanks for the replies, guys. If anyone else knows of a microATX board with TV-out on the back....don't hesitate to reply. Ciao...

Not bad... I still prefer the MSI boards though. Been real good to me so... stickin' by MSI boards. I've got a 3.2GHz P4 800FSB overclocked at 4.4GHz @ 1.2GHz FSB [stable] using Koolance Exos watercooling kit using the MSI 865PE Neo-2LS board - I've tried tons of other mobos from diff brands like ASUS, ABIT, Iwill, etc... and none of them peformed as well as the MSI board I've got right now. Not an AMD person here at all. I just don't think AMD cpus are all that. I'm in Arizona and the AMD CPUs definitely CANNOT handle the extra heat here. It's like 130 degrees in my trunk but when my pc runs when the car is in operation - it's 125 degrees PLUS the heat from the CPU... = a smoked up AMD cpu.

Ah, I'm not going to convince you otherwise, but keep in mind - if you move here to Arizona, then you'll see exactly what I mean. I've seen them get fried - had a buddy who worked on his car at the same time as mine, his got fried. Pretty funny when his trunk was all smoky.
