Tell your parents that unless you have some sort of project you'll start taking apart major appliances in your house to find out how they work (Gas range, washing machine, Refrigerator, etc).

They should quickly decide it's best you take apart your own crap and allow you to build a carcomp.

even tho a bit over 700 canadian $ is quite a bit for a screen i dont know what i want to do anymore. becuz i want to buy the best one or i feel there is no point in buying it at all.
