Thread: New to carputers. Old laptop + lilliput screen OK?

    I was wondering... anyone using the lilliput screens, and using the RCA/composite inputs instead of JUST vga inputs? You could get a reverse camera similar to the website mentioned but with composite output (X10?), and just hook straight up to that, w/o even going through your computer... all you would have to do is press the "source" (aka PC/AV) button once to see behind you, and then again to see PC (which probably won't always be booted up in time).

    Not yet, but I plan to. The other composite in will go to a jack in the center console so I can view digicam pictures on the Lilliput after a trip too.
