Are there any "generic" din project boxes?

Are there any "generic" din project boxes with slots for push buttons and such that you can install into a car? Would be nice if there was one made of metal with plastic bezels in the front you can paint.... screws together, etc.

I don't know exactly what you are looking for, but if you go to any place that has car stereo install stuff, you may find some blank din faces or mounts, and from there do what you want with it.

    I ordered a few from LMB Heeger.....http://www.lmbheeger.com/products.asp?catid=8

Very reasonable and lots of sizes. If you have a double din, like i do, I found one that is 3" high, 7" wide, and 9" long...with a sloped top. Perfect for my ITX. I also got a 7X7.5 like the one in the link above...tight fit! Good luck-----Jeff
