Might help if you mentioned what head unit you have. Post a pic if you don't know what it is.

Or, you could get crazy and pop the unit out and have a look at the back of it. It just might have AUX ins. If you don't have AUX ins then you're going to have to get creative: either an FM modulator or something specific for your head unit.

Or you could get really crazy and

! I'm sure someone has posted a carPC in a Saab by now. It's probably similar to your car/stereo. Even if it isn't it should start to show you what others are doing and how they get around common problems.

People here are more than willing to help. They aren't going to do it for you though. Do the homework, then ask specific questions.
