Question Car PC to read me my email and IM TEXT

I wanted to know if anyone has tried to configured their PC to read incoming IM or email. I know you can use voice to type in MS WORD but I wanted to configure my email using MS speach to text. I wanted to have my email or IM read to me while I drive, any input or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

There is a Narrirator icon under your accessability accessory in Windows XP. I like it when Mary whispers it to me.

I got that far. I wanted help on configuring my outlook express and MSN messenger to automatically read anything that pops in without my interaction. Also, does anyone know where to get better sounding narrators?

Yeah, I'd really like to find something that downloads a group of pages to the disk, and then reads them to me on my drive to work/school (without a whole bunch of copy pasting into a text file). Something like AvantGo but for XP? I've been using a cgi-based news ripper to remove some of the HTML and pictures and then using ReadingBar (www.readplease.com) in IE to read me the page. However, I would like to automate the whole process to read me the news feeds from a few sources at one click.

The best sounding voices are in the Natural Voices series from AT&T. Just type "AT&T Natural Voices" into Google and listen to a sample. The only downside is that they cost $20-30.
    No Carputer YET.

Okay, that worked. Now how about somethong to copy incoming IM to the clip board automatically.
