    Power and other questions

    My first post.
I want to set up a system for MP3, GPS, DVD.

I already bought a lilliput (works great connected to my home machine!)

I'm thinking of getting the Cappuccino EZ3.

Now, if I get an OPUS, I understand I can run the machine, FM modulator, GPS, AND the lilliput off this, correct? The OPUS doesn't look like it's as simple as plugging these peripherals directly in like an inverter might be. Do I need other power cables or is some soldering involved?

Also, the lilliput has an on/off button like a PC. Will the OPUS turn this on the way it will the PC? Do you program the OPUS's operation using some included software?

The whole power thing is what's got me baffled. I've read the forums and it seems like everyone says, "the OPUS is the solution" but no one goes into the nitty gritty on the details of setting it up.

Thanks for any info. This site is awesome! I don't think I would thought of going forward with this idea if it weren't for this site.

Yes, I've looked at the OPUS site but I'm still not clear where the lilliput is going to be plugged in

so after reading those. what ima do is use the adapter it came with and not to hook it up right from the opus where it would for the computer, but could do that, but from the lill 4 wired thingys that hook in to hard drive, cdroms, floppies etc... and use the yellow and black wires. so if you have an old, or buy a new power connector, use that makes better connection and no soldering. and yes i am new here to so i dont know crap and i didnt know crap n e ways. so i suggest reading a lill bit more. if you need something explained in fine detail pm someone they may help or me. and as for deciding what wire is what think about it when you take something apart or trying to put it together. every thing follows a path. hope this helps
